At Keen Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number for updates on your refund status.
